TERMS OF SALE

Effective Upon Purchase

By placing an order with Shadow FX Studios, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms of Sale. These terms apply to all purchases made through Shadow FX Studios unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

FINAL SALE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Shadow FX Studios produces handcrafted, limited-production, made-to-order, commissioned, and specialty collectible pieces. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been placed, it is considered final and is not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund due to change of mind, buyer's remorse, personal circumstances, or any other reason unrelated to a defect, shipping damage, or an error by Shadow FX Studios.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders are not subject to cancellation after purchase.

If Shadow FX Studios, at its sole discretion, agrees to accept a customer-requested cancellation as an exception to the Final Sale Policy, the cancellation will be subject to a 38% cancellation Plus restocking fee, calculated against the purchase price of the canceled item or order.

Approval of any cancellation is at the sole discretion of Shadow FX Studios and shall not establish or imply a right to cancellation for any other order.

PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES

Payment processing and merchant transaction fees incurred by Shadow FX Studios at the time an order is placed may not be refunded to Shadow FX Studios by the applicable payment processor.

When Shadow FX Studios voluntarily approves a cancellation or refund, any original payment processing or merchant transaction fees that are not returned to Shadow FX Studios will be deducted from the refund in addition to the applicable 38% cancellation and restocking fee, except where prohibited by applicable law.

The amount deducted will reflect the applicable non-refundable transaction costs associated with the original payment.

HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS

Shadow FX Studios products are individually handcrafted and finished. They are not mass-produced factory products.

Minor variations in paint application, weathering, surface texture, fiberglass construction, finishing, assembly, and other characteristics inherent to handcrafted production may occur from piece to piece and are not, by themselves, considered defects.

Where a product is based upon the lineage, characteristics, or appearance of an original reference piece, intentional asymmetry, surface characteristics, and other historically accurate details may also be present.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged in transit or the purchaser receives an incorrect item, the purchaser must contact Shadow FX Studios promptly after delivery and provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping container so the matter can be evaluated.

Shadow FX Studios will determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with the circumstances of the claim and applicable law.

PRODUCTION TIMES

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing by Shadow FX Studios, production and completion timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Because each piece is handcrafted through multiple stages of production, actual completion times may vary depending upon the individual piece, production requirements, materials, curing and finishing processes, and other circumstances associated with handcrafted production.

SHIPPING

Purchasers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Shadow FX Studios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, import inspections, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other governmental charges imposed by the purchaser's country or jurisdiction are the responsibility of the purchaser unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

If an order is returned to Shadow FX Studios because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the shipment, unpaid customs/import charges, or another circumstance attributable to the purchaser, additional shipping charges may be required before the order is shipped again.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By completing a purchase from Shadow FX Studios, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale, including the Final Sale Policy and the provisions governing customer-requested cancellations, cancellation/restocking fees, and non-refundable payment processing costs.

These Terms of Sale are subject to all rights and protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
